ORDERING INFORMATION
We require orders to be a minimum of $50.00 NET due to additional handling. Our computerized order entry system gives us instant
inventory and pricing information. Orders are processed immediately. We cannot guarantee to cancel, add to, or change orders after
they have been entered.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT
All items returned for credit must be current stock items, in original cartons, and in resaleable condition. All accessories and manuals,
etc. must be returned with the item. Ship all items in a protective carton. Please include your invoice with the reason(s) you are return-
ing the merchandise. Lack of invoice numbers will delay the processing of your credit.
Harris-Teller reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking charge on all returned goods and to reduce the amount of credit or to return
the item uncredited if the unit is not in full resaleable condition. Dealer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns (unless due
to unit defect).
FACTORY WARRANTY
Most goods manufactured in the United States are warranted by the factory. In the event a problem should arise, it is to the buyer’s
advantage to deal directly with the manufacturer. To expedite handling, give specific details of the problem involved and be sure to
include your return address. We will send the manufacturer’s address upon request.
